• Never leave the packaging material lying around
unattended. Plastic foils/bags etc. can become dan-
gerous toys for children, there is risk of suffocation.
• If you have reason to assume that safe operation is
no longer possible, put the device out of operation
immediately and secure it against inadvertent oper-
ation.
• It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer
possible if:
- the device shows visible damage
- the device no longer functions
- the device has been stored for longer periods
- following considerable stress during transportation.
• In commercial institutions, the accident prevention
regulations of the Employer's Liability Insurance
Association for Electrical Systems and Operating
Materials are to be observed.
• The product can be damaged by pressure, traction
or when dropped even from a low height.
• The walkie-talkies and the wall power supply are
only intended for dry indoor use.
• The provided 1.2 V/DC AAA rechargeable batteries
are used to supply the PMR walkie-talkies with
power. You may only use the supplied wall power
supply to charge the rechargeable batteries.
• The wall power supply must never be plugged in or
unplugged with wet hands.
• Never pull on the cable of the wall power supply.
Always unplug it by pulling out the housing.
• Remove the wall power supply from the mains
socket if the device is not in use for a longer period
of time.
• For safety reasons, disconnect the wall power
supply from the mains socket in case of a thunder-
storm.
