Check rotary valve

The sliders are installed behind the air guide bonnet. Undo the screws and remove the cover.
The side cover underneath is fastened with 6 hexagon socket screws. Loosen these and set aside.
To remove the side cover, 2 of the previously loosened screws must be screwed evenly into the threaded
holes provided in the side cover. The side cover pushes away from the housing.
Pull the sliders out of the slider grooves of the piston.
Visually check for damage and measure the valve width, replace the valve if necessary.
Wipe the end of the piston with a clean cloth.
As small amounts of grease are also wiped off during this process, it is necessary to replace the grease loss
in pumps that are lubricated for life (KTR 61+81).
Only use original spare parts and lubricants from Giver Gardner Denver Schopfheim GmbH.

The minimum valve widths must be observed, otherwise the valves may break
and damage the pump
