cannot be predicted theoretically with accuracy. To assess the electromagnetic environment du to
fixed RF transmitters, an electromagnetic site survey should be considered. If the measured field
strength in the location in which the I-TECH UT2 device is used exceeds the applicable RF compliance
level above, should be observed to verify normal operation. If abnormal performance is observed,
additional measures may be necessary, such as reorienting or relocating the I-TECH UT2.

Recommended separation distances BETWEEN PORTABLE AND MOBILE
RF COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT AND THE EM DEVICES THAT ARE NOT INTENDED FOR LIFE
The I-TECH UE device is intended for use in an electromagnetic environment in which radiated RF
disturbances are controlled. The customer or the user of the I-TECH UE device can help prevent
electromagnetic interference by maintaining a minimum distance between portable and mobile RF
communications equipment (transmitters) and the I-TECH UE as recommended below, according to
the maximum output power of the communications equipment.

For transmitters rated at a maximum output power not listed above, the recommended separation
distance d in meters (m) can be estimated using the equation applicable to the frequency of the
transmitter, where P is the maximum output power rating of the transmitter in watts (W) accordable
to the transmitter manufacturer.

At 80 MHz and 800 MHz. the separation distance for the higher frequency range applies.

Das Gerät hat 2 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum für elektrische und
elektronische
Bauteile
Verwendung ist die Garantie 12 Monate. Alle Teile die dem Verschleiß und der
Abnutzung unterliegen, wie Ultraschallkopf, Elektroden unterliegen nicht der
Garantie. Dasselbe gilt bei unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, Instandhaltung und
Pflege, Reparaturen die nicht von einem autorisierten Fachunternehmen
durchgeführt wurden. Die Garantiebedingungen sind beschrieben unter
Garantieregeln.
Entsprechend der Direktive für medizinische Geräte 93/42/EEC muss der
Hersteller in der Lage sein den Standort des Gerätes jederzeit ermitteln zu
können um unverzüglich Interventionen vornehmen zu können im Falle von
Herstellungsfehlern.
Im Falle von Reparaturen unter Garantie, muss das Gerät sachgemäß
verpackt werden, so dass beim Transport keine Schäden auftreten. Das Gerät
muss mit allem Zubehör, im Falle einer Garantiereparatur, eingeschickt
werden. Garantiereparaturen haben zur Voraussetzung, dass die Rechnung
mit eingesendet wird um den Vorgang rückverfolgen zu können und auch das
Datum zurückverfolgen zu können.
Garantieregeln
1. Im Falle einer Reparatur muss der Käufer die Rechnung beilegen um das Kaufdatum
nachzuweisen.
2. Die elektronischen Teile unterliegen einer 12 monatigen Garantie (24 Monate bei Privatpersonen).
Die Garantie wird vom Hersteller oder Händler durchgeführt.
3. Nur Defekte die sich auf die Arbeit mit dem Gerät beziehen unterliegen der Garantie.
4. Die Garantie umfasst ausschließlich die Reparatur oder der Austausch defekter Teile, inklusive
Arbeit, welche Material- oder Herstellungsdefekte aufweisen.
5. Die Garantie umfasst nicht Defekte durch unsachgemäßen Umgang, Umgang entgegen der
Anweisungen des Handbuches, Defekte durch Umgang des Gerätes mit nicht autorisiertem
Personal (insbesondere Reparaturen), Defekte durch höhere Gewalt, oder Defekte ausgelöst durch
unsachgemäßen Umgang der externen Teile, wie Zubehör, Kabel, Elektroden, etc.
6. Die Garantie erlischt bei der Verwendung von nicht kompatiblen Stromanschlüssen oder
Spannungsreglern.
7. Verschleißteile fallen nicht unter die Garantie.
8. Die Garantie umfasst nicht die Transportkosten, welche vom Käufer zu bezahlen sind.
9. Nachdem die Garantie ausgelaufen ist werden Reparaturen mit den dann gültigen Preisen für Teile,
Arbeitskosten und Transportkosten berechnet.
Sämtliche Rechtsansprüche unterliegen dem Gericht von Venedig, Italien
