Installation instructions
1. POSITION
Always ensure that the drive unit is installed so that the axle runs horizontally. The location of the drive unit should be selected
so that the ambient temperature of 40° C is not exceeded. The drive unit and the drive controller must be easily accessible at all
times. There must always be a sufficiently dimensioned ventilation and aeration system as well as a floor drain in the pump shaft.
2. INSTALLATION
As standard the system is supplied with all necessary connection elements. The installation set should be installed so that the
middle of the jet is approx. 250 mm below the water level and there is a minimum clearance to the side wall of 1.5 m.
The drive unit is mounted on completion of the construction work and after the installation set has been cleaned. Screw the
supplied threaded pins in the corresponding pitch circle in the installation set. Grease the O-ring and join the matching O-ring
grooves. When screwing in the drive unit, the blades of the propellers must be positioned in the centre of the tube. Attach the
drive unit to the corresponding threaded pins on the installation set using the supplied nuts.
Mount the supplied motor support to the motor using the strap and the rubber metal buffers. Use the threaded rod to support
the motor and then align so that the propeller sits in the centre of the tube and does not strike against the blades (metallic noise).
The piezo-electric cables must be laid above the water level and connected to the switch.
3. STARTING UP
Only start the system when the tank is filled. Steps must be taken to prevent the drive unit running dry at all costs

Switch the system on via the middle piezo-electric button.

Check the propeller symmetry - the blade may not strike against the metallic tube!!
3.
Check the connection between the installation set and drive unit for leaks during operation.
It may be necessary to retighten the connections as a result of temperature differences.
4. OPERATING
The system is switched on and off by pressing the middle piezo-electric button. The system is in the middle level, level 3, the LED
ring flashes three times. You can switch the system into a higher level via the upper piezo-electric button. The LED ring flashes
according to the current level of the system. You can switch the system into a lower level via the lower piezo-electric button. The
LED ring flashes according to the current level of the system. The system has a total of 5 levels. The direction of the nozzle can be
adjusted. The water jet should be changed so that the float swims against the full jet.
5. HIBERNATION
The water level must be lowered up to below the system. The drive controllers must be disconnected from the power supply.
6. POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

System does not deliver enough output: Drive unit rotates in the wrong direction. Water level is not high enough.
If there are no obvious causes, the customer service must be contacted.
System cannot be switched on: Check the cable between the piezo-electric button and switch, and also the pin
