Cooling air
The device must be set up in such a way that cooling air can flow freely through the slots
in the front and rear panels.
Dust
Ensure that metallic dust is not sucked into the system by the fan, when carrying out grind-
ing for example.
Outdoor operation
The device can be set up and operated outdoors in accordance with IP23 degree of pro-
tection. Avoid direct wetting (e.g. from rain).
Mains connection
The device is designed to run at the mains voltage indicated on the rating plate.
No warranty claims will be entertained if the device is operated with an incorrect
mains voltage.
See the "Technical data" section for the required fuse protection of the mains lead. If the
mains cable or mains plug is not fitted to your version of the appliance, fit the mains cable
or mains plug in accordance with national standards.
An inadequately dimensioned electrical installation can cause serious damage.
The mains lead and its fuse must be dimensioned to suit the local power supply. The tech-
nical data shown on the rating plate applies.
