OPERATION

Device to be operated in a perfect state only. Inspect the device visually every time it is to be
used. Check in particular the safety equipment, electrical controls, electric cables and screwed
connection for damage and if tightened properly. Replace any damaged parts before operating the
device.
16.1

Operation instructions

Perform all machine settings with the machine being
disconnected from the power supply!
 Operating only with started dust collector!
 Never start the machine when the workpiece is pressed to the saw
blade!
Before starting the machine check if the saw blade is tightened

Always adapt cutting speed to the respective working

Use the push stick to avoid the risk of contact with the saw blade

Slide the workpiece evenly, without relapses and without retake it

until the end of cutting.
16.2 Operation

16.2.1 ON/OFF switch

 Press green button (I): turn on
 Press red button (0): turn off

16.2.2 Cutting height (Fig.11)

 Turn the hand wheel height adjustment (17) to set the required cutting height.
Turn anti-clockwise: larger cutting height

Turn clockwise: smaller cutting height
o

16.2.3 Angle (Fig.11)

 Loosen the locking lever angle adjustment (16)
 Set the saw blade to the required angle on the scale.
 Lock the locking lever angle adjustment in the required position

16.2.4 Rip fence (Fig.12/13)

 The fence rail (24) of the rip fence (9) has two guiding surfaces with different heights.
 Depending on the thickness of the material to be cut, the higher side of the fence rail (24)
has to be used for thick material (work piece thickness above 25 mm) and the lower side
of the fence rail for thin material (work piece thickness below 25 mm).
 For the adjustment, loosen the bolts on the side of the rip fence (9) and push the fence
rail (24) on the guide, depending on the required position. Tighten the bolts again
 Fix the rip fence (9) by placing it at the back and pulling the locking lever (12) down.
 For disassembly, pull the locking handle up and remove the rip fence (9).
 The locking force of the rip fence can be set with the rear knurled nut.
