Replacing the wiper
● Remove the quartz glass tubes (see Replacing quartz glass tubes).
● Unscrew the flange.
● Remove all screws except 2 opposing screws as shown in the left
picture.
● Remove the upper screw an swing down the flange by loosen the
lower screw.
● Remove the wiper with an applicable tool (e.g. screwdriver) from
the retainer.
● Insert a new wiper. Caution! Do not use any lubricant.
● Check the O-ring of the radiation-chamber for damage or abrasion
and replace it, if required.
● Install the flange and fasten it with the screws.
● Install the quartz glass tube and the UV lamp. (See replacing quartz
glass tube and lamp).
● Open the supply line valve.
● Fill the radiation chamber and then bleed it.
● Check to ensure that no connections are leaking.
● Turn on the main switch.
