Beachten Sie:
Die Entstörmittel, die am Motor oder in der
Zuleitung angebracht sind, dürfen nicht ent-
fernt werden! Motor und Entstörmittel bilden
eine Einheit. Wird nur ein Teil entfernt, kann
es zu erheblichen elektrischen Störungen
kommen.
Anschluss von Verbrauchern an die
Funktions- bzw. Lichtausgänge
Prüfen Sie vor dem Anschluss der Beleuchtung
und weiterer Zusatzgeräte an die Funktionsaus-
gänge, ob der Strom unterhalb des maximal zu-
lässigen Wertes von 100 mA pro Anschluss liegt
und der Gesamtstrom einschließlich Motorstrom
700 mA nicht übersteigt. Werden Beleuchtungen
oder andere Verbraucher mit einem Strom von
mehr als 100 mA an den Decoder angeschlossen
oder beträgt der Gesamtstrom aller angeschlos-
senen Verbraucher und des Motors mehr als
700 mA, wird der Decoder bei der Inbetriebnahme
beschädigt.
Entfernen Sie eventuell vorhandene Dioden in
den Zuleitungen zu den Lampen.
Schließen Sie die Zusatzgeräte an die Funktions-
ausgänge AUX1 und 2 des Decoders an. Die Zu-
ordnung der Ausgänge zu den Funktionstasten er-
folgt während der Programmierung des Decoders.
Wenn der Rückleiter des Zusatzgerätes bereits
mit Fahrzeugmasse verbunden ist, ist der An-
schluss damit fertiggestellt. Andernfalls schließen
Sie den jeweiligen Rückleiter der Lampen und Zu-
satzgeräte an den Rückleiter für alle Funktionen
des Decoders (Punkt COM, X7) an.
Achtung, Kurzschlussgefahr!
Wenn Sie die Zusatzgeräte an den Rück-
leiter für alle Funktionen (Punkt COM) an-
schließen, müssen Sie sie isolieren. Die Zu-
satzgeräte dürfen keinen Kontakt zu Metall-
teilen des Fahrzeugs haben. Kurzschluss-
gefahr! Der Decoder wird bei Inbetriebnah-
me zerstört.
Achtung, Kurzschlussgefahr!
Der Rückleiter für alle Funktionen (Punkt
COM) darf auf keinem Fall mit Fahrzeug-
masse verbunden werden. Kurzschlussge-
fahr! Der Decoder wird bei Inbetriebnahme
zerstört.
Werkseitige Decodereinstellungen
Die werkseitigen Decodereinstellungen sehen den
Anschluss einer Frontbeleuchtung an AUX 1 und
einer Schlussbeleuchtung an AUX 2 vor.

Attention:
The interference suppression devices
mounted to the motor or the connecting
wire must not be removed! Motor and inter-
ference suppression devices are one unit. If
even one part is removed, it can cause ex-
treme interference!
Connecting accessories to the outputs
Before connecting the lighting and other accesso-
ries to the outputs check if the current is below the
maximum permissible value of 100 mA per output
and the total current is below 700 mA (including
motor current). If lighting or other accessories with
current larger than 100 mA are connected, or if
the total current of the motor and the accessories
is higher than 700 mA the decoder will be dam-
aged when put into operation.
Disconnect any existing diodes in the leads to the
lamps.
Connect the lamps and the accessories to the
function outputs AUX1 and AUX2 of the decoder.
The assignment of the function outputs to the
function keys will be made when programming the
decoder.
If the lamp or the accessory is already connected
with one side to vehicle ground, the connection is
complete. If not, connect the second side of the
lamp or the accessory to the return conductor of
the decoder (point COM, X7).
Caution: short-circuit!
If you connect the accessories to the return
conductor for all functions (point COM), the
accessories must be insulated. The acces-
sories should not make contact with metal
parts of the vehicle. Possible short circuit!
The decoder will be damaged in operation.

Decoder factory settings
If you want to use the decoder factory settings,
you have to connect the lighting and the accesso-
ries as follows:
► Front lighting: AUX1
► Back lighting: AUX2
Connecting the LEDs
The function outputs of the decoder switch re-
spective to the decoder ground. For that reason
