CHANGING THE FLEX HOSES
IMPORTANT: The hoses must be changed periodically (every
5 years or ever 3000 hours) or when they show signs of
abrasion/wear/damage.
The bending radius of the hoses must not be less than 250
mm.
DANGER:
Do not carry out these tasks if the compressor has only just
shut down; wait for the compressor to cool.
All maintenance work must be carried out with the
compressor OFF and the power supply lead unplugged from
the mains socket.
Vent the air from the compressor before carrying out any
maintenance tasks.
Tank refill pressure is very high; therefore, before refilling
the tanks check that the hoses are perfectly connected and
in good condition. Check also that the valves on any unused
hoses are closed properly so as to prevent the dangers that
derive from hose whiplash.
When the tanks are being refilled unauthorised personnel
must remain at a distance of at least 3 metres.
It is strictly forbidden to disconnect the hoses from the
fittings or refill valve when the machine is under pressure.
To change the bottle refill hoses proceed as follows:
- disconnect the bottle refill hoses by unscrewing the fittings (14mm
wrench).
- replace the old hoses with new ones.
- screw the hoses onto the connectors (a).
- use a dynamometric wrench to tighten the hoses on the compressor
with a torque of 15 Nm.

FÜLLSCHLAUCHWECHSEL
WARNUNG: Die Füllschläuche müssen regelmäßig (alle 5
Jahre bzw. 3000 Betriebsstunden) ersetzt werden oder sobald
Schürfschäden vorliegen.
Der Mindestbiegeradius der Füllschläuche darf nicht geringer
als 250 mm sein.
GEFAHR:
Diese Arbeiten nicht ausführen, wenn der Kompressor gerade
ausgeschaltet wurde. Warten, bis der Kompressor abgekühlt ist.
Die Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur bei ausgeschaltetem
Kompressor und vom Stromnetz getrenntem Stecker
vorgenommen werden.
Vor Wartungseingriffen Luft aus dem Kompressor ablassen.
Der Fülldruck der Flaschen ist sehr hoch. Daher muss
vor dem Füllen deren ordnungsgemäßer Anschluss und
ihre Unversehrtheit geprüft werden. Zudem ist auch zu
kontrollieren, dass alle nicht verwendeten Füllschlauchventile
richtig geschlossen sind, um Gefahren durch die Bewegung
des Schlauchs zu vermeiden.
Bei der Flaschenfüllung müssen unbefugte Personen einen
Sicherheitsabstand von mindestens 3 m halten.
Es ist ebenso verboten, die Füllschläuche von den Anschlüssen
oder vom Füllventil zu trennen, wenn die Maschine unter
Druck steht.
Um die Füllschläuche zu wechseln, wie hier beschrieben vorgehen:
- die Füllschläuche trennen, indem die Anschlüsse an deren Enden
abgedreht werden (14mm Schlüssel);
- die alten durch neue Füllschläuche ersetzen;
- die Füllschläuche an den entsprechenden Anschlüssen (a) festdrehen;
- mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel die Füllschläuche mit einem
Anzugsmoment von 15Nm am Kompressor festdrehen.
