Checking the safety valves
The final safety valve protects bottles and the compressor by excessive
pressure; the valve setting is made at the time of testing the compressor.
The safety valve are pre-adjusted to:

The safety valve must be tested every 250 working hours of the compressor.
To check the safety valve:
- set the pressure to a pressure higher than that of the valve setting;
- after attaching the coupling to the bottle start the compressor with the
bottle valves closed;
- once you have checked, using the gauge, that the safety valve trips
properly at maximum working pressure.
IMPORTANT: The safety valves must be replaced every 10
years or 5000 hours.
DANGER:
Tampering with the safety valve to increase the pressure
setting is strictly forbidden.
Tampering with the safety valve can seriously damage the
compressor, cause serious injury to personnel and renders
the warranty null and void.

6.2.4
Storing technical documentation
The use and maintenance manual and its appendices must be stored
carefully and must always be kept where they can be accessed easily for
immediate consultation.
WARNING: The use and maintenance manual is an integral
part of the compressor and must always be handed over in
the event of a change of ownership.

Kontrolle Sicherheitsventile
Das Sicherheitsendventil schützt die Flaschen und den Kompressor vor
übermäßigem Druck. Es wird bei der Kompressorabnahme kalibriert.
Die Ventile sind auf folgende Druckwerte vorkalibriert:

Das Sicherheitsventil muss alle 250 Betriebsstunden des Kompressors
getestet werden.
Um das Sicherheitsventil zu überprüfen, wie folgt vorgehen:
- Den Druckwächter auf einen Druck einstellen, der über dem
Kalibrierdruck des Ventils liegt.
- Nachdem der Anschluss an der Flasche montiert wurde, den Kompressor
mit geschlossenen Flaschenventilen einschalten.
- Das einwandfreie Ansprechen des Sicherheitsventils bei maximalem
Betriebsdruck mit dem Manometer kontrollieren.
6.2.4
Aufbewahrung technische Dokumentation
Das Bedienungs- und Wartungshandbuch und dessen Anlagen müssen
sorgfältig an einem für den Bediener leicht zugänglichen Ort aufbewahrt
werden, um jederzeit konsultiert werden zu können.

WARNUNG: Die Sicherheitsventile müssen alle 10 Jahre bzw.
5000 Betriebsstunden ausgetauscht werden.
GEFAHR:
Es ist strengstens verboten, mit den Sicherheitsventilen
den Kalibrierdruck zu erhöhen. Die Verstellung der
Sicherheitsventile führt zu schweren Kompressor- oder
Personenschäden sowie zum Garantieverfall.

ACHTUNG: Das Bedienungs- und Wartungshandbuch ist
