CONDENSATE DISCHARGE
IMPORTANT: The condensate can must be emptied at the end
of every working day.
DANGER: Do not carry out these tasks if the compressor has
only ju st shut down; wait for the compressor to cool.
All maintenance work must be carried out with the
compressor OFF and the power supply lead unplugged from
the mains socket.
Condensation accumulates in the condensate separator; the condensate
must be discharged every 10-15 minutes of compressor use.
Condensate discharge occurs automatically every 7 minutes. The yellow
TEST PURGE pushbutton (b) must be pressed every day to make sure that
the discharge valve is working properly.
The condensate is collected in a can (c); periodically check this can to
prevent overfill and consequent leakage of the condensate liquid. To empty
the can remove the condensate drain hoses (d), empty the can and collect
the condensate in a container; re-insert the hoses (d) and put the can back
in its housing.
At the end of the refill day, empty the filter condensate using the discharge
tap (f ).
If the condensate needs to be drained manually, use the drain taps (a) and
collect the condensate in a suitable container. Re-close the taps.
Every 250 hours replace the SINTERED FILTER (e).
An outflow of condensate water with lubricating oil is normal during refills:
the quantity will depend on the level of humidity in the air.
Condensate must be disposed of according to the instructions shown in
section "9.1 Waste disposal".

IMPORTANT: Every 15 years or ever 20000 hours it will be
necessary to change the condensate separator body.
IMPORTANT: Every 5 years or ever 3000 hours it will be
necessary to change the drain valves.
DANGER: You MUST drain the condensate at the specified
intervals. Failure to observe this instruction can place staff in
serious danger and could cause serious damage or injury.

KONDENSATABLASS
Im Kondensatabscheider sammelt sich Kondensat an, das jeweils nach 10-
15 Minuten Kompressorgebrauch abgelassen werden muss.
Das Kondensat wird automatisch alle 7 Minuten abgelassen. Der gelbe
„TEST PURGE"-Knopf (b) muss täglich betätigt werden, um zu prüfen, dass
das Ablassventil funktioniert.
Das Kondensat wird in einem Kanister (c) gesammelt; den Kanister
regelmäßig kontrollieren, um ein Vollfüllen und damit verbundene
Austritte von Kondensflüssigkeit zu vermeiden. Um den Kanister zu leeren,
die Schläuche (d) entfernen, den Kanister ausleeren und das Kondensat
in einem entsprechenden Behälter sammeln; die Schläuche (d) wieder
montieren und den Kanister wieder in seine Aufnahme stellen.
Am Ende des Fülltages das Kondensat des Filters über den Ablasshahn (f )
ablassen.
Falls das Kondensat manuell abgelassen werden muss, die Ablasshähne (a)
verwenden und das Kondensat in einem speziellen Behälter auffangen.
Die Hähne wieder schließen.
Den SINTERFILTER (e) alle 250 Stunden auswechseln.
Der Austritt von kondensiertem Wasser mit Schmieröl ist beim Füllen
normal: Die Menge hängt vom Prozentsatz der Luftfeuchtigkeit ab.
Das Kondensat muss nach den in Abschnitt „9.1 Abfallentsorgung"
angeführten Anweisungen entsorgt werden.

WARNUNG: Der Kondensatsammelkanister muss am Ende
jedes Arbeitstages geleert werden.
GEFAHR: Diese Arbeiten nicht ausführen, wenn der
Kompressor gerade ausgeschaltet wurde. Warten, bis der
Kompressor abgekühlt ist.
Die Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur bei ausgeschaltetem
Kompressor und vom Stromnetz getrenntem Stecker
vorgenommen werden.

WARNUNG: Alle 15 Jahre bzw. 20000 Betriebsstunden muss
der Kondensatabscheider ausgewechselt werden.
WARNUNG: Alle 5 Jahre bzw. 3000 Betriebsstunden müssen
die Kondensatablässe ausgewechselt werden.
GEFAHR: Das Kondensat MUSS in den angegebenen
Intervallen abgelassen werden. Die Missachtung dieser
Vorschrift ist mit ernsthaften Gefahren für die Bediener
verbunden und kann schwere Personen- und Sachschäden
zur Folge haben.
