TROUBLESHOOTING / TECHNICAL DATA
Meaning / Action:
Pilot control unit error
The Pilot Box is not receiving any data from the control unit. Check the cable
connection.
See error code 036
Fault on rudder position sensor
The rudder position sensor is not transmitting a correct signal to the Pilot Box.
Check the cable connection and ensure that the arm on the sensor does not
have too much play and its motions can follow the rudder system.
Check the correct position of jumper J1 on the Pilot Box.
Drive phase error
The rudder setting is not correct. Repeat the rudder settings.
Rudder drive error
The Pilot Box has transmitted a signal to turn the rudder to the drive system,
but the rudder position sensor does not signal any change in the rudder position.
Check the connection between the sensor arm and the rudder system, and
ascertain whether the drive system can move the rudder without impediment.
Ensure that the motor cables are correctly connected.
