relay "Call destinations" menu.

• Button Z0: Call destinations (Call Zone 1); call number SIP/ID (101); DTMF
relay 1 (96); DTMF relay 2 (98)
• Connector Z1: Call destinations (Call Zone 2); call number SIP/ID (102);
DTMF relay 1 (96); DTMF relay 2 (98)
• Connector Z2: Call destinations (Call Zone 3); call number SIP/ID (102);
DTMF relay 1 (96); DTMF relay 2 (98)
