Expert configuration
"Network" tab
The network parameters can be entered manually or obtained automatically via
the ISS-300 SIP server (via DHCP).
• IP Address: you can manually enter an unused network IP address (IP ad-
dress allocated by default for the SIP relay: 192.168.42.71).
• The Subnetwork mask defines the network structure (size: 255.255.255.0).
• The Gateway is the IP address of the equipment linking this IP network to the
other IP networks in the installation (by default: ISS-300 IP address).
• Primary and Secondary DNS: "Domain Name Server" IP address defined by
the router. You can decide to allocate addresses for the primary and secon-
dary DNS.
• QoS (Quality of Service): these parameters must be set by an experienced
system administrator. These parameters are used to prioritise data packages
in a network.

"Call destinations" tab
The behaviour of the Z0, Z1 or Z2 commands connected to the SIP relay is
defined here. The "Expert mode" can be used to define a different command
from the Z0, Z1 and Z2 commands.
• The name entered in Call destinations is for information purposes only.
• SIP ID/Call number: this parameter is used in the different modes for SIP
relay configuration. In cases where the SIP relay must contact a different
device (or call zone), the SIP address of this device or call zone is given here.
In cases where the relay responds to the actions of other devices, this para-
meter makes it possible to identify who is authorised to control the SIP relay.
• DTMF Relay 1 and DTMF Relay 2: these are the codes to be entered on
telephones in order to activate relays K1 and K2. The codes 96 (DTMF relay
1) and 98 (DTMF relay 2) are generally used.
• Incoming: a scroll-down menu can be used to choose the way in which an
incoming call is indicated on the device receiving the call.
• Outgoing: when the Z0 contact or Z1/Z2 inputs are activated, a message
(pre-recorded) for the device being called can be activated/deactivated using
a scroll-down menu.
• Call status: used to activate a relay throughout the incoming call session
(ring + communication) or during the communication phase only.
• Group ID: not used.
"Relays" tab
The relay parameters are identical to those in the "Quickstart" menu (see chap-
ter on "Relays" in "Quickstart" configuration.
