3 ASSEMBLY

3.1 Preparing works

3.1.1 Extent of Delivery

Unpack the metal grinding machine MSM 100L and check the machine for any transport
damage and for completeness of delivery. When there are some damages you must re-
port that your trader. You also have to note visible damages on the delivery note be-
cause of guarantee requirements.

3.1.2 Working place

Choose a clean and dry place for the machine.
For that you have to take care of the safety requirements of chapter 2 and the machine
dimensions of chapter 1.
The chosen place must have the possibility for the connection to the power grid and to a
exhaust ventilation system.
The floor must be able to carry the weight of the machine.
You must secure a special distance around the machine (see the picture).

3.1.3 Transport / Landing the machine

You need a fork lift with the necessary load
capacity.
After unpacking you have to transport the
machine with a crane.

3.2 Mounting on the floor

The machine should be mounted on the floor by four screws M10.
