• Please contact sevice center to thoroughly lubricate
machine.
• Fully charge and service the batteries.
• Do not deflate tires.
• The machine should be stored in a well-ventilated, clean
and dry place as the battery charger cannot be used in a
wet environment.
• Always keep the batteries fully charged. It is
especially important to prevent battery damage when
the temperature is below 32°F (0°C).
• Attach the charger adapter to the charging port and
the batteries per the Charging Adapter section in the
Electrical System section.
• Plug the charger into a proper electrical outlet. Refer
to Battery Charger, Battery Charging and Charging
Recommendations portions of the Electrical System
section for more details on using the charger and
charging the batteries.
• To maximize battery life it is best to fully charge
batteries shortly after each use.

PROBLEM
If error pattern are

Loss of deck opera-

Mower will not

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Numerous.
The cutting blade(s) is/ are bent or unbal-
anced.
A blade mounting bolt is loose.
Numerous.
The blade(s) are not sharp.
A cutting blade(s) is/are bent.
The deck is not level.
An anti-scalp wheel is not set correctly.
The underside of the deck is dirty.
Tires improperly inflated.
A blade spindle is bent.
If deck control does not provide image to
the Digital Display and the deck fails to
operate with fully charged batteries.
The magnetic bar is removed. (See figure
2)
Battery is not charged.
Circuit breakers are tripped.

SOLUTION
Refer to Digital display in the section of this manual.
Contact your Cramer dealer.
Install new cutting blade(s).
Tighten the blade mounting bolt.
Contact your Cramer dealer.
Sharpen the blades.
Install new cutting blade(s).
Level the deck per the Deck leveling and height adjustment
section of the parts manual.
Adjust the height of the anti-scalp wheel.
Clean the underside of the deck.
Adjust air pressure and ensure even pressure between tines.
Contact your Cramer dealer
Contact your Cramer dealer.
Check that the magnetic bar is inserted.
Check all battery connections in back battery compartment.
Make sure batteries are charged
Check to see that all circuit breakers are not tripped.
