4. Check that the appliance and the power cord are not damaged.
5. Connect the appliance to a dedicated socket only.
Strictly observe the relevant information for the first use in chapter 7.
6. Install the appliance in a dry and well-ventilated place.
7. Protect the appliance from direct sunlight.
8. Do not install the appliance in a place where it may come in contact with
water or rain; otherwise the insulation of the electrical system will be
damaged.
9. The doors must open completely and without hindrance.
10. Install the appliance on a level, dry and solid floor. Check the correct
installation with a bubble level.
11. Do not cover or block the cover panel of the compressor at the back of the
appliance.
12. Connect the appliance to the mains properly.
13. The nameplate is situated inside the appliance or at the back.
1. An electrical supply of 220-240V AC / 50 Hz is required.
2. Connect the appliance to a suitable and dedicated socket only.
3. For your personal safety, the appliance must be grounded. The appliance is
equipped with a 3-pole grounding plug. Use a suitable socket to minimize
the risk of an electric shock.
4. Check if the technical data of your energy supply meet the values on the
nameplate.
5. Your domestic circuit must be equipped with an automatic circuit breaker.
