The thermostat is situated on the top of the cooling compartment.
1. The appliance can only reach the relevant temperatures inside the freezing
compartment, when:
a. the average ambient temperature is between 16°C and 38°C.
b. the doors close properly.
c. you do not open the doors too often or too long.
d. the door seals are in satisfactory condition.
e. the diameter of the encrusted ice is maximum 3 mm.
2. Following factors will affect the cooling power of your appliance:
a. Positioning of the appliance.
b. Amount of stored food.
c. Length of time and frequency of door-openings.
d. Ambient temperature.
e. Diameter of the encrusted ice (maximum 3 mm).
3. High ambient temperatures and simultaneously operating at the coldest
settings 6/7 may make the compressor operate permanently to keep the
temperature constant inside the appliance.
4. Defrost the freezing compartment regularly.
