THE THERMAL STOVE MUST NEVER RUN WITHOUT WATER IN THE SYSTEM.
IT CAN BE DAMAGED IF IT IS IGNITED WITH NO WATER IN THE SYSTEM.
The hydraulic connection must be set up by qualified personnel who can issue a declaration of conformity according to the
Ministerial Decree No. 37 ex Law No. 46/90. In any case, refer to current laws applicable to individual countries.
Practical NOTE
Consider appropriate solutions when connecting the supply, return and drains, which will facilitate moving the thermal stove in the
future, if necessary.
Water treatment
Add anti-freeze, de-scaling and anti-corrosion substances as required. Should the water used for filling and top-up be harder than 35
°F, use a softener. For suggestions, refer to standard UNI 8065-1989 (Water treatment in domestic heating systems).
Note on return water temperature.
An appropriate system must be set up to guarantee that the return water temperature does not fall below 45 °C.
The following are some examples of possible systems.
System set-up as the only heat source.
