RECORDING AND PLAYBACK USING AN AUDIO TIMER
1. Load the tape for playback.
e Wake-up playback always begins in the forward direction.
Make sure that the tape is properly rewound.
. Set the DOLBY NR switches.
. Set the REV MODE switch.
. Set the stereo amplfier for tape playback.
e
Adjust the volume level by playing back a portion the tape.
5. Rewind the tape to the position where playback is to
start.
6. Set the audio timer.
€ When the timer is set, it will turn off the power of all con-
nected components.
7. Set the TIMER switch to the PLAY position.
€ Atthe time set on the audio timer, the power will be turned
on and playback will begin automatically.

NOTES:
e
Operations depend on the type of audio timer used: Be sure to
consult the operating instructions of the audio timer you actu-
ally use.
e
When not performing timer operations, set the TIMER switch
to the OFF position. Otherwise, playback might begin unexpect-
edly when the power is turned on.

Charger la bande pour la reproduction.

La reproduction automatique commence toujours par le sens
de défilement avant. S'assurer que la bande est correctement
enroulée.
. Régler les commutateurs DOLBY NR.
. Régler le commutateur REV MODE.
. Regler l'amplificateur stéréo pour une reproduction de
bande.
e
Ajuster le niveau de volume en reproduisant une partie de
la bande.
. Rembobiner la bande à la position où la reproduction doit
commencer.
. Régler la minuterie audio.
e
Lorsque la minuterie a été réglée, elle met tous les compo-
sants raccordés hors tension.
. Placer le commutateur TIMER sur la position PLAY.
e A l'heure réglée sur la minuterie, l'alimentation est activée
et la reproduction démarre automatiquement.

Le fonctionnement dépend du type de minuterie audio utilisé ;
toujours consulter le mode d'emploi de la minuterie audio utilisée.
e Lorsque la fonction de minuterie n'est pas utilisée, toujours placer
