As explained above the setting of the ID on the TegraDoser can be
used to run an entire preparation method. This is shown in the
following example:
The first preparation step usually is a grinding step where no
abrasive is used but only water is applied as a lubricant. Here either
the TegraDoser-1 is removed from the TegraForce or the parameter
Water is set to: ON. This also changes the parameters Speed, Time
and Force to what was previously used in a grinding step.
The second step is the fine grinding step, here the TegraDoser-1
with the ID 1 is used, containing the DiaPro suspension for fine
grinding on MD-Allegro/Largo.
The third step is the first polishing step, here the TegraDoser-1 with
the ID 2 is used, containing a DiaPro suspension for polishing.
The last step is the final polishing step, here the TegraDoser-1 with
the ID 3 is used, containing a DiaPro suspension for final polishing.
Simply by changing from one TegraDoser-1 to the next with a unique
ID setting all the preparation parameters have been changed
automatically.
