Under normal operating conditions, it is recommended that the
contents of the TegraDoser bottles are not changed. It is better to
provide one doser per lubricant / suspension. However, if for any
reason the contents of a bottle must be changed or will not be in use
for a longer period of time, the following procedure can be used to
clean the TegraDoser:
Ensure that no preparation process is active.

Remove the TegraDoser from its mounting on the TegraForce.

Hold the TegraDoser vertically and open the snap lid on the top

of the bottle.
Empty the bottle of any remaining suspension or lubricant

through the hole in the top.
Fill the bottle with lukewarm water.

Mount the TegraDoser on the TegraForce.

Position a bottle under the outlet point of the TegraDoser. Press

and hold  or  until the soapy water has run through the
nozzle for approximately 1 min.
Remove the TegraDoser from the TegraForce and empty out the

soapy water remaining in the bottle.
Now repeat the rinsing process with the bottle fitted on the

TegraForce using clean tap water.
Remove the TegraDoser from the TegraForce and empty out the

clean water remaining in the bottle.
Fit the empty TegraDoser to the TegraForce. Press and hold 

or  to empty the remaining water present in the nozzle.
The TegraDoser is now ready to be filled with a new suspension

or lubricant.
