11. INITIAL SETTINGS (SETUP)
Different parameters can be pre-set in the setup menu.
For this, move to the submenu item "SETUP" with the navigation buttons and confirm with "ENTER".
Now select one of the following settings with the navigation buttons and confirm with "ENTER".
Press the button "CANCEL" to leave this function.
Key sound deactivation/activation:
Select the function "BEEP" in the SETUP.
Use the navigation buttons to switch the key sound on or off.
Confirm with "ENTER".
Press the button "CANCEL" to leave this function.
Setting the Auto Power Off time:
Select the function "APO" in the SETUP.
Now you can use the navigation buttons to select a time between 1 and 60 minutes or deactivate the function.
Confirm the respective time with "ENTER".
Press the button "CANCEL" to leave this function.
Setting the backlighting time:
Select the function "bLItE" in the SETUP.
Now you can use the navigation buttons to select a time between 1 and 60 minutes.
Confirm the respective time with "ENTER".
Press the button "CANCEL" to leave this function.
Backlighting can also be deactivated entirely.
For this, switch off the meter. Switch on the meter again with the "A-HOLD" button pressed. Backlighting is
deactivated. Backlighting is automatically activated again after the meter is switched off.
Deactivation/activation of the warning sound for dangerous voltages:
When measuring voltages >25 V alternate (AC) or >35 V direct voltage (DC), a warning sound is emitted and the icon
is displayed.
To deactivate this function, select the function "HAZ" in the SETUP.
Use the navigation buttons to switch the warning sound on or off.
Confirm with "ENTER".
Press the button "CANCEL" to leave this function.
