NOTICE! Risk of damage to the
device! Do not use any petroleum,
thinners or other chemicals to
clean the device.
Air filter
– Clean the air filter at least twice a week
to prevent dust impairing the ventilator
function.
Removal
Open the air intake grid and remove the air
filter.
Cleaning
Clean the air filter by dipping it gently into
warm water (wash with a neutral cleaning
agent at approx. 40 °C). Rinse the filter and
place in a shadowy place.
Insertion
Place the air filter into the intake grid and
insert the components as usual.
Device housing
– Clean the device housing using a lint-
free cloth that has be soaked with a
neutral cleaning agent. Wipe off with a
dry and clean cloth.

Alarm when water level is at the maxi-
mum level
The condensation water tank of the air con-
ditioning device has a water level safety
switch that controls the water level. Once
the water level has reached the maximum
level, the water-full display shines. If the

tank is full, pull out the plug from the drain
on the bottom of the device and gradually
allow the water to drain.
Continuous emptying
If you are planning to not use the device for
a while, remove the plug from the drain
opening on the bottom of the device and
allow the water to drain.
You can use the continuous emptying func-
tion with a drain hose that is connected to
the lower drain opening, if the device is
operating in heating mode.
Continuous draining is not necessary, if the
device is operated in cooling or dehumidify-
ing mode. The device can automatically
evaporate the condensation water via the
condensation water pump. Ensure that the
drain holes are closed properly.
If the condensation water pump is dam-
aged, the continuous draining can be used.
The device can also be operated if the drain
hose is connected to the lower drain.
Troubleshooting
If something no longer works...
Malfunctions are often caused by small
errors. You can remedy many of these
errors yourself. Please note the following
table before you contact your dealer. This
can save annoyance and possibly money.
Cause
Does the water-full light
flash? And is the water tank
full?
Room temperature is lower
than the set temperature. (In
cooling mode)
DANGER! Risk to life! Incorrect
repairs may mean that the product
no longer works reliably. This is
dangerous for you and your envi-
ronment.
Remedy
Drain the water in the lower
collection tank.
Reset the temperature.
