Initial operation of the Riverpack
- Remove the Comline Riverpack from the
bucket; adapt and mount the holder (1).
- Mount the bottom suction device. For this purpose,
cut the two tubes 19 x 300 mm (.74 x 11.8 in.) to
the right length „L": lower edge of Comline
housing to bottom + 30 mm = length „L" (2).
- Place the strainers on the tubes, and place
them in the openings of the Comline filter (3).
- Fit the Osmolator sensors and place the cables
in the slots: infra-red sensor on the right-hand
side; the float switch sensor on the left-hand
side (4).
Caution ! When using a Magnet Holder (5),
the safety sensor has to be positioned next to
the filter using a universal holder. Otherwise
it may prove to be hazardous to the sensor
functions as they may be destroyed by the
magnetic field. In addition, this installation
requires the use of a retaining plate for the
sensor (article No. 3150.31) and a sliding unit
for the safety sensor (article No. 3155.100).
- Permit the protective grid to snap into place (6).
Mise en service Riverpack 600
- extrayez Riverpack 600 du seau servant au
transport, ajustez puis montez les supports (1)
- montez les aspirations d'eau inférieures. Pour
cela, utilisez les deux tuyaux 19 X 300mm
coupés à la longueur « L » suivant la règle :
L = bord inférieur de l'élément Comline
jusqu'au sol + 30mm (2)
- montez les crépines sur les tuyaux
d'aspiration et insérez le tout dans le filtre
Comline (3)
- montez les capteurs d'Osmolator et insérez
leurs câbles dans les ouvertures prévues :
capteur infrarouge à droite, capteur de
sécurité à gauche (4)
Attention ! Lors de l'utilisation de Magnet
Holder (5), le capteur de sécurité doit être
placé à côté du filtre par un support universel.
Il est sinon possible que la fonction du capteur
soit inhibée par le champ magnétique. Ce
montage
nécessite
l'utilisation de la plaque de capteur (3150.31)
et de la pièce coulissante pour capteur de
sécurité (3155.10).
