Initial operation of Reefpack 500
- Remove Comline Reefpack from the bucket;
adjust the holding device and mount the unit (1).
- Fit the button suction unit. For this purpose, use
the two pipes 19 x 300 mm (.74 x 11.81 in.) and
cut them to the correct length „L" according to the
following rule: lower edge of Comline housing
to base + 30 mm (1.18 in.) = length „L" (2).
- Fit strainers to the pipes and place them in the
openings of the Comline filter (3).
- Mount the Osmolator sensors and lay the cables
into the slots: infra-red sensor on the right; float
switch sensor on the left (4).
Caution ! When using a Magnet Holder (5),
the safety sensor has to be positioned next to
the filter using a universal holder. Otherwise
it may prove to be hazardous to the sensor
functions as they may be destroyed by the
magnetic field. In addition, this installation
requires the use of a retaining plate for the
sensor (article No. 3150.31) and a sliding unit
for the safety sensor (article No. 3155.100).
- Snap the protective grid (6) into position in the
surface intake. Prior to initial operation, please
ensure that all components and the Osmolator
hose have been mounted to the tank correctly.
Mise en service Reefpack 500
- extrayez Reefpack 500 du seau servant au
transport, ajustez puis montez les supports (1)
- montez les aspirations d'eau inférieures. Pour
cela, utilisez les deux tuyaux 19 x 300mm
coupés à la longueur « L » suivant la règle :
L = bord inférieur de l'élément Comline
jusqu'au sol + 30mm (2)
- montez les crépines sur les tuyaux d'aspiration
et insérez le tout dans le filtre Comline (3)
- montez les capteurs d'Osmolator et insérez
leurs câbles dans les ouvertures prévues :
capteur infrarouge à droite, capteur de
sécurité à gauche (4). Attention ! Lors de
l'utilisation de Magnet Holder (5), le capteur
de sécurité doit être placé à côté du filtre par
un support universel. Il est sinon possible que
la fonction du capteur soit inhibée par le
champ magnétique. Ce montage nécessite
en complément l'utilisation de la plaque de
capteur (3150.31) et de la pièce coulissante
pour capteur de sécurité (3155.10).
- insérez la grille d'aspiration superficielle (6).
Avant la mise en service, assurez-vous que
tous les éléments ainsi que le tuyau d'arrivée
d'eau soient correctement fixés à l'aquarium.
