Manual operation

The device has an automatic
spindle lock. If you do not press
the direction switch (4), you can
use the device in manual mode.

Storage

• Store the device and its ac-
cessories in a dry and dust-
proof location. Store it out of
the reach of children, e.g. in
the case provided (13).
• Store the bits separately to
avoid mechanical damage or
confusion with other tools.
Protect the bits from excessive
heat (e.g. by storing near
heating pipes or steam pipes)
and from UV radiation.
• The storage temperature
for the battery is between
-20 °C and 45 °C. Do not
expose the battery to sun-
light during storage.
• Check the battery charge
status approximately every
3 months during a lengthy
storage period and recharge
if necessary.

Cleaning

The device must not be
sprayed with water or
placed in water. Otherwise
there is a risk of electric shock.
• Keep the device, its han-
dle (1) and the accessories
clean. Use a dry cloth or
brush to do this.
Do not use any cleaning
agents or solvents. They
could damage the device ir-
reparably. Do not use water
or metal objects.
Maintenance &
inspection
• The device is maintenance
free.
• An annual visual inspection
by a trained person is rec-
ommended to determine the
suitability of the insulated
bits for further use.
