27 Readjusting the Swivel Stop on the Dentist and
Assistant Elements

If the customer so wishes, the height setting and swivel
stop on the dentist and assistant elements can be
readjusted.
ATTENTION
In order to avoid damage to the dentist and assistant
elements and to the chair upholstery, make sure that these
elements do not protrude into the area through which the
chair moves.
• Move the chair and backrest to their bottom positions.
1. Remove the interior covering.

NOTE
To demonstrate this more clearly, the illustrations of points 6
to 9 show the support arm without its coverings.
2. Loosen screw B. Push the stop pin upwards.

3. Turn the support arm so that one screw of the stop can
be seen through hole C or D.
Loosen the screw.
Rotate support arm until the second screw can be
seen. Loosen the screw.
Adjust the first stop in accordance with customer
wishes.
4. Tighten down both screws.
• To adjust the second stop, carry out points 3. and 4. in
the same manner.
5. Push the stop pin down.
Retighten screw B.
6. Reattach the covering.

NOTE
Before adjusting the stop of the assistant element in the
direction of the water unit, you must first separate the AE
from the base of the chair in order to make the stop screws
accessible.
