Dentist Element
1. Fold back the flexible cover.
Push the dentist element in onto the guide bolts of the
slide.
ATTENTION
Before plugging in the dentist element, check to make sure
that the pin of the coaxial cable is located in the center of the
plug connection.
2. Insert two screws, nuts and washers in the plugged
connection.
3. Insert the spacer plate. (2x0.5mm, 1x1mm)

NOTE
Inserting the intermediate plates enables the dentist
element head to be aligned horizontally. The unit-specific
tolerances can be compensated for by an empirically
determined combination of the intermediate plates . To
compensate for the still missing instruments the dentist
element head must be loaded with approx. 3 kg during the
adjustment.

4. Tighten the screws.
Check the levelness of the dentist element head with a
spirit level at different places on the track.
If necessary loosen the screws again, remove the
spacer plate and repeat the process until the dentist
element stands level.
5. Position the instrument tray and press it downward.The
lock must engage. Put on tray support.
Assistant Element
6. Fold back the flexible cover.
7. Slide in assistant element onto guide bolts of carriage
and then further up to the stop.
8. Insert two screws, nuts and washers in the plugged
connection and screw them tight.
Close the cover again.
9. Position the instrument tray and press it downward.
The lock must engage.
10. Put on tray support.
