Adjusting the Air Pressures
Driving air
The adjustment is made for each hanger separately on the
relevant module BS.
• Remove instruments from the hangers.
• Remove paneling parts.
• Temporarily attach the instrument holder and place the
instruments back in their hangers (light barrier
detection must function).
• Remove the turbine and screw on the four-way
measuring head V between turbine and hose.
• Start turbine with foot switch.
• Use a slotted screwdriver to adjust driving air pressure
TL at RD5.
Unscrew the screw no further than up to the level of
the plastic collar!
• Repeat the adjustment for the other hangers.
• Close the unit head again:
– Take out the instruments and remove the
instrument holder.

– Reattach the paneling parts.
– Attach the instrument holder and place the
instruments in it.
Connect four-way measuring head V to turbine hose.
Loosen union nut M.
With screwdriver adjust the spray air pressure SL
according to the customer's wishes by turning the
screw S.
Tighten union nut M.
Check the adjustments and correct them if necessary.
Dismantle the 4-way measuring head.
