1. Open the corner valves.
2. Turn ON the main switch I. Wait until the end of the self-
test (see Operating Instructions).

NOTE
The operating pressures for the workstation are set in the
factory:
MA1: 4.7 bar flowing SPRAYVIT
MA2: 2.3 bar flowing SPRAYVIT
3. Check the operating pressures and if necessary correct
at AD1 and AD2.
4. Check the air and water connections for leaks.
5. Remove SPRAYVIT on the dentist and assistant
elements and press both water buttons. After 20 pump
strokes (water unit) the SPRAYVIT is ready for
operation.
Operate all bur instruments and SIROSON L in
succession until perfect sprayemission is attained (see
Operating Instructions). Compare and adjust
operating air pressures (see next page).
6. Initiate tumbler filling (see Operating Instructions).

7. Initiate cuspidor rinsing (see Operating Instructions).
8. Adjusting the cuspidor rinsing:
For right-handed version – Remove cover of water
unit and adjust control nozzle C with a coin until the
bottom of the cuspidor bowl is rinsed evenly. Reattach
the water unit housing cover.
For left-handed version – Remove cover B. Lift rubber
cover and adjust control nozzle C by turning the knurled
wheel until the bottom of the cuspidor bowl is rinsed
evenly. Refit the cover.
9. Check the swivel-back motion of the cuspidor:
– Swivel the cuspidor into the movement range of the
chair
– Press the manual chair button and start the chair
program consecutively
– The cuspidor must always automatically swivel
back into the starting position
10. Take off the cover. Use two screws and washers to
screw on the upper cover plate. Plug in connector X3.
