TRANSLATION (USER) MANUAL
OSCILLATING GRINDER 59G329
NOTE: BEFORE USING A POWER TOOL, PLEASE READ THIS
MANUAL CAREFULLY AND SAVE IT FOR FURTHER USE.
SAFETY WARNINGS FOR THE OSCILLATING GRINDER
Hold the power tool by the insulated surfaces, as the grinding
surface may come into contact with its own wire.
Failure of the "live" wire can cause exposed metal parts of the power
tool to be "energized" and can cause the operator to be electrocuted.
When grinding wooden and metal surfaces, e.g. painted with
paints with the addition of lead, harmful/toxic dusts may be
formed. Contact or inhalation of such dusts may endanger the
health of the operator or bystanders. Appropriate personal
protective equipment should be used, such as filtering half masks,
safety glasses. A dust extraction system must be connected.
BEFORE USING THE GRINDER
At the time of use, the grinder should be held firmly, with both hands.
• Before turning on the grinder, make sure that it does not touch
the material to be processed with sandpaper.
• Before turning on the grinder, make sure that the sandpaper is
securely fixed and that the paper clamping levers are in the
paper clamping position.
• Do not touch parts of the grinder that are in motion.
• Do not put the grinder down after switching off before its moving
parts stop.
• A protective mask should be used if dust is formed during
grinding. Dust formed when grinding surfaces painted with lead
paint, some types of wood and metal is harmful.
• Pregnant women and children should not enter a room where
paint containing lead compounds is removed with a grinder.
• In a room where paint containing lead compounds is removed
with the help of a grinder, it is forbidden to eat, drink or smoke.
• The use of long extension cords should be avoided.
DURING THE USE OF THE GRINDER
• When working with a grinder, always use ear and a protective
half mask.
• The grinder is not suitable for wet work.
• Before connecting the grinder to the network, check that the
switch button is not in the on position.
• Always keep the power cord of the device away from the moving
parts of the grinder.
• When working with a grinder above the operator's head, goggles
or anti-chip glasses should be used.
• When using the grinder, do not exert excessive pressure on it,
which could lead to the stop of the grinder.
REMARK! The device is used for indoor work.
Despite the use of a design that is safe by design, the use of
protective measures and additional protective measures, there is
always a risk of residual injuries during operation.
CONSTRUCTION AND PURPOSE
Oscillating grinders are handheld power tools with class II
insulation. The devices are driven by a single-phase commutator
motor. The Oscillating Grinder is designed for grinding and polishing
wooden, metal, plastic and other similar surfaces, using sandpaper
with appropriate gradation. Thanks to the use of various shapes of
working feet, it allows you to work even in hard-to-reach places. The
areas of their use are the performance of renovation and
construction works, as well as all works in the field of independent
amateur activity (DIY).
EN
The grinder must not be used for grinding materials containing
magnesium, asbestos or surfaces covered with gypsum.

PREPARATION FOR WORK
SELECTION OF SANDPAPER
Sandpaper with thicker grain is suitable for roughing most materials,
and paper with finer grain is used in finishing work.
• When the surface is not even, start the work with coarse paper
and continue until the surface is leveled.
• Then use medium-grained paper to remove traces left over from
coarse paper treatment.
• Finally, use fine-grained paper to perform the finishing operation.
SANDPAPER APPLICATION
The grinder has a working foot with the so-called Velcro, which
allows for easy and quick replacement of sandpaper.
Perforated sandpaper should be used so that dust can reach
through the openings in the working alloy to the dust drainage
system. Before each change of sandpaper, the working foot
should be cleaned, removing dust and any impurities from it
using, for example, a brush or brush.
The grinder has clamps for fastening sandpaper to the foot.
• Choose the gradation of sandpaper appropriate to the planned
work.
• To soften the paper, rub the smooth side against the edge, e.g.
of a table.
• Loosen the sandpaper clamps , Fig. A4.
• Place sandpaper on the sanding machine foot , Figure A4.
• Make sure that the holes in the sandpaper and the working foot
(4) fully coincide.
• Bend both ends of the sandpaper at the edges of the grinder's
foot.
• Tighten the sandpaper clamps fig. A4.
• Make sure that the sandpaper is securely attached.
Sandpaper must fit snugly to the foot of the grinder. There can
be no slack. If during grinding the paper pulls out, then loosening
should be removed, which will significantly extend the service
life of the assumed strip of sandpaper.
DUST DISSIPATION
The Oscillating Grinder is equipped with a container for collecting
dust to maintain the cleanliness of the workpiece surface.
• Slide the attachment of the dust container into the dust
evacuation nozzle Fig. A3
