3 .22 Attach the housing without mounting plate

The housing can be attached in two ways on a suitable, stable and flat surface:
Attachment variant 1:
From the outside, with four M3 screws on the provided slotted holes.

Attachment variant 2:
Inside the housing, with two M5 screws fitted with O-rings (for part number see
„7.1 Mounting equipment") at both ends of the housing.
The openings for the two M5 screws must be broken out for this purpose.
Warning!
The specified protection class can only
be achieved by mounting the two O-rings!

3 .23 Install the housing

Note
During installation of the housing halves, make sure that no strands or
cables can be pinched!
1 .) Join the upper and lower halves of the housing.
2 .) Insert six supplied screws and tighten with cross-head screwdriver.

3 .24 Join the housing

1 .) Position O-ring in recess on housing A .
2 .) Screw the housing connecting screw into the thread of the housing B .
3 .) Position the housing B with the positioning cams in the positioning holes on housing A.

4 .) Screw the housing connecting screw into the thread on A and
tighten by hand.

3 .3 Install the display and the switch elements

3 .31 Install the emergency stop button

1 .) Position the emergency stop button in the housing opening.
2 .) Make sure that the positioning cams are in the positioning slots in the housing.
3 .) Attach the fastening nut and tighten it with the mounting wrench.
