8 Troubleshooting
DANGER
Danger to life due to improper troubleshooting
In case of improper troubleshooting, you may suffer from
severe or deadly injuries caused by, for example, electric
shocks, axis and spindle movements, loose pneumatic com-
ponents and pneumatic hoses. In addition, your machine
may get damaged.
h Do not remove the housing of the machine.
h Before you check or run pneumatic hoses, close the ex-
ternal compressed air supply valve.
h Before you check or run electric cables or power con-
nectors, disconnect the machine from the electrical
source and prevent it from being restarted.
h Do not perform any troubleshooting while the machine
is operating.
h Wear safety gloves throughout the troubleshooting pro-
cess.
h If you are unsure of how to perform certain steps during
troubleshooting or cannot solve the problems, abort the
troubleshooting and contact customer service.

Is the suction hose equipped with a hose connection?
M1. Unscrew the hose connection from the suction hose.
M2. Try to insert the suction hose into the opening for the
air extraction system.
M3. If the suction hose still does not fit, screw the provided
hose connection onto the suction hose and try to insert
it into the opening for the extraction system.

I cannot open the working chamber door.
Is the machine operating? While the axes are moving,
the working chamber door stays locked.
Wait until the machine has finished.
Without electricity, the working chamber door remains
locked.
Has a power failure occurred at the installation site of
the machine?
Depending on the duration of the power failure, restart
the machine or use the key for the emergency release.

the correct port, the application will not establish a
connection with the machine.
Start DentalCNC.
Try to have the application determine the correct port
in the application settings.
