Service information
Replacing the star base caps
1. Remove the 5 screws and take off the old caps.
2. Insert the new caps and fasten them to the star base from below
using one screw for each cap.
Replacing the foot ring caps and the foot ring
1. Remove the 5 screws and take off the old caps and the foot ring.
2. Insert the new caps and the new foot ring and fasten them to the star
base from below using one screw for each cap.
Replacing the castors
1. Pull the old castor downward and out of the star base.
2. Insert the new castor until it snaps in place.
Replacing the pneumatic spring for the Freehand model
WARNING
Only trained technical personnel (service engineers) may work on or
replace the pneumatic spring!
