1. Turn the foot release ring until the heads of the side Allen screws
become visible.
2. Loosen both Allen screws.
3. Pull the foot release (E) off of the star base.
4. Unhinge the upper sleeve of the pneumatic spring cover and push it
downward.
5. Place the ejector tool against the pneumatic spring and hammer the
upper part of the chair upward and out of the conical fit.
6. While holding the lower part of the chair firmly on the star base, place
the ejector tool against the pneumatic spring and hammer the
pneumatic spring out of the conical fit.
NOTICE
Assembly is performed in reverse order.
Replacing the pneumatic spring for the Manual and Manual Plus
models
WARNING
Only trained technical personnel (service engineers) may work on or
replace the pneumatic spring!
