Wiring code 4‐wire circuit
Only applies to versions with 4‐wire connection cable.
Cable extension
For extending cables, only use shielded low capacity measurement cables
(measurement cables provided by HBM
that there is a perfect connection with the lowest possible transition resistance.
If you use the 6‐wire circuit, you may neglect any interference by a change in
the resistance of the extension cables. However, if you extend the cable using
the 4‐wire technique, the characteristic value deviation can be removed by
adjustment. Temperature influences will not be compensated.

- CABA1 (cable reel, order no. 1-CABA1/20 = 20 m or 1-CABA1/100 = 100 m long), gray
- CABE2 (cable reel, order no. 1-CABE2/20 = 20 m or 1-CABE2/100 = 100 m long), blue
- CABT1 (cable reel, order no. 1-CABT1/50 = 50 m or 1-CABT1/200 = 200 m long), red, TPE
- CABM1 (cable reel, order no. 1-CABM1/200 = 200 m, braided wire over TPE
