The base plate should be made from stainless steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 42.
The surfaces "X" must be even and in parallel (0.25 mm).
Load cells are to be clamped in tightly at the mounting bores - like a cantilever
beam. Later, the load will be introduced at the other end. The following table
contains all recommended bolts and torques:

Standard value for the property class stated. For bolt design, please note the relevant information
provided by bolt manufacturers.
Important
Missing washers and a base plate strength which is too low, cause most faults
that occur during load cell use. In particular, this applies to the strength of the
base plate which has a direct influence on the "Hysteresis error" stated in the
Specifications.
