6.3 STRUCTURE AND
FUCTIONALITY
• As the machine must work horizontally,
adjust the third arm point (A) so that the
upper plate (B) is parallel to the ground
(Fig. 45). Limit side oscillations by regu-
lating the stabilisers of the tractor lifter.
• Be careful when using the machine for
the first time.
• You must always activate and disen-
gage the power takeoff when the rotor
is a few centimetres above the ground.
• Use the tractor lifting controls so that the
equipment comes into gradual contact
with the ground.
• While the machine is working, the
hydraulic lifter of the tractor should
be loose, so that most of the machine
weight is supported by the rear roller.
The rear roller functions also as a level-
ler. Keep the machine raised from the
ground EVERYTIME you reverse and/
or change direction.
6.4 REGULATING THE
WORKING DEPTH WITH
FV-FB-FG
SKIDS FOR
• The depth working adjustment of the
machine is determined by the position
of the skids (C - Fig. 46).
• Practically, the increase of the working
depth is obtained by shifting the skids to
a higher hole (E) or using the two front
hole (D) In order to reduce the depth,
shift the pins A toward the bottom. We
suggest to start always with one mini-
mum working depth and then to increase
it progressively until the required working
depth is reached; pay attention to adjust
both skids (C) in the same position.
• It is advisable a working depth of 80÷150
mm.

6.3 INSTRUCCIONES PARA
EL USO
• La máquina tiene que trabajar horizontal-
mente, registrar el brazo tercer punto (A)
de modo que la placa superior (B) resulte
paralela al terreno (Fig. 45). Durante el
trabajo limitar las oscilaciones laterales,
regulando los estabilizadores del levanta-
dor del tractor.
• Obrar con prudencia la primera vez que
se usa la máquina.
• Insertar y desconectar siempre la toma
de fuerza cuando el rotor está a algunos
cm. de distancia del terreno.
• Actuar sobre los mandos del elevador
del tractor de modo que el contacto con
el terreno sea gradual.
• Con la máquina en trabajo el elevador
hidráulico del tractor tiene que estar en
posición flotante, de modo que el peso
de la máquina sea sostenido en gran
parte por el rollo posterior que tiene
también la función de nivelador. En las
inversiones de marcha y en los cambios
de dirección tener siempre la máquina
levantada del terreno.
6.4 REGULACIÓN DE LA
PROFUNDIDAD DE TRABAJO

CON PATINES
• La regulación de la profundidad de tra-
bajo de la máquina está determinada
por la posición del trineo (C - Fig. 46).
• Para aumentar la profundidad de trabajo
desplazar el trineo sobre los varios agu-
jeros (E). o bien utilizar los dos agujeros
anteriores (D). Aconsejamos siempre
iniciar el trabajo con una profundidad
de trabajo mínima y de aumentarla pro-
gresivamente hasta obtener la deseada
prestando atención de regular los dos
trineos (C) en la misma posición.
• La profundidad de trabajo aconsejada
es de 80 a 150 mm.
