ROLLER FOR ROTOZAPPA FG
After having performed the operations
indicated in paragraph "LIFTING OF THE
MACHINE" proceed as follows (Fig. 27):
• Assemble the brackets (A) on the squa-
re tube of the roller frame, and at this
point the roller is ready to be assembled
on the machine, lift it and place it at the
rear of the machine already assembled
on the tractor.
• Fix the two upper blades (B) by means
of the bolts L and the two bottom blades
(C) with the bolts and the spacer.
• Control the position of work with the two
pins (D) on the request hole.
For an accurate assembly, to
see the Fig. 28 that is the same
on the arms (C) of the roller.

After having performed the operations
indicated in paragraph "LIFTING OF THE
MACHINE" proceed as follows (Fig. 29):
• Assemble the refining rod (E) by means
of the bolts and the crank (F) by fixing
the entire assembly with the bolts and
spacer into hole (G and H).
• Assemble the brackets (I) on the square
tube of the roller frame, and at this point
the roller is ready to be assembled on
the machine, lift it and place it at the
rear of the machine already assembled
on the tractor.
• Fix the two upper blades (L) by means
of the bolts L and the two bottom blades
(M) with the bolts and the spacer.
• Control the position of work with the two
pins (N) on the request hole.
For an accurate assembly, to
see the Fig. 30 that is the same
on the arms of the roller.

4.5 MONTAJE DEL ROLLO
PARA ROTOZAPPA FG
Después de haber hecho las operaciones
indicadas en el párrafo "LEVANTAMIEN-
TO" proceder como sigue (Fig. 27):
• Montar los estribos (A) sobre el tubo
cuadro telar del rollo levantarlo y po-
sicionarlo detrás de la máquina prece-
dentemente montada sobre el tractor.
• Fijar las dos cuchillas superiores (B) y
las dos cuchillas inferiores (C) con los
relativos pernos; a este punto el rollo
está fijado a la máquina.
• Regular la posición de trabajo despla-
zando los dos enchufes (D) sobre el
agujero deseado.
Para facilitar el montaje ha
sido realizada además, la eti-
queta (Fig. 28), que se encuentra apli-
cada sobre todas las máquinas en uno
de los dos brazos rollo (C).
4.6 MONTAJE DEL ROLLO
PARA ROTOLAMA LG Y
ROTOPIK KG
Después de haber hecho las operaciones
indicadas en el párrafo "LEVANTAMIEN-
TO" proceder como sigue (Fig. 29):
• Montare sobre el rollo la barra de afina-
ción (E) con las dos manivelas laterales
(F) sobre los estribos (G y H).
• Montar los estribos (I) sobre el tubo
cuadro telar del rollo levantarlo y po-
sicionarlo detrás de la máquina prece-
dentemente montada sobre el tractor.
• Fijar las dos cuchillas superiores (L) y
las dos cuchillas inferiores (M) con los
relativos pernos; a este punto el rollo
está fijado a la máquina.
• Regular la posición de trabajo despla-
zando los dos enchufes (N) sobre el
agujero deseado.
Para facilitar el montaje ha
sido realizada además, la eti-
queta (Fig. 30), que se encuentra apli-
cada sobre todas las máquinas en uno
de los dos brazos rollo.
