• Lower the bar (M) (Fig. 74) until the
lower limit switch (N) on the machine
is reached.
WARNING: To replace the rods
it is necessary to raise the
upper roller blade.
• Before detaching the roller blade from
the tailgate, the other roller blade must
be locked by inserting the locking pin
(O) (Fig. 75) into the drilled sector which
adjusts the depth to keep the machine
stable.
7.15 REPLACEMENT OF
THE COMB RODS FOR
• Unscrew the cover fixing screws (A)
(fig.76)
• Remove the cover plate (B)
• Remove the damaged rods (C) and
replace them with new ones
• In the bar there are rods for which it is
necessary to perform a series of ope-
rations as described below:
• With suitable tools for lifting, it is neces-
sary to sling the roller (D) (Fig. 77) and
put under tension the lifting ropes.
• Remove the pivot bolts (E) of the roller
blades and remove the full roller from
the tailgate
• Rotate the cranks (F) (Fig. 78) and
make sure to bring the bar in a horizon-
tal position. You notice this when the
limit switches (G) are completely lean
against the side.

• Retire el fin de carrera (F) .
• Baje la barra (M) (Fig. 74) hasta que se
alcance el final de carrera inferior (N)
ya presente en la máquina.
ATENCIÓN: para reemplazar
las varillas es necesario elevar
la cuchilla del rodillo superior.
• Antes de desmontar la cuchilla del ro-
dillo del bastidor del capò, es necesario
bloquear la otra cuchilla insertando el
pasador de bloqueo (O) (Fig. 75) en la
parte perforada que regula la profundi-
dad para mantener la máquina estable.
7.15 REEMPLAZO

VARILLAS DEL PEINE
• Retire los tornillos de fijación de la tapa
(A) (Fig. 76).
• Retire la tapa (B).
• Retire las varillas (C) dañadas y coloque
las nuevas.
• En la barra hay varillas donde es nece-
sario realizar una serie de operaciones
que se describen a continuación:
• Con medios de elevación adecuados,
es necesario tomar el rodillo (D) (Fig.
77) y tensionar los cables de elevación.
• Retire los tornillos de union (E) de las
cuchillas del rodillo y retire el rodillo
completo del capo.
• Gire las manivelas (F) (Fig. 78) y
asegúrese de colocar la barra en
posición horizontal; esto se observa
cuando los fines de carrera laterales
(G) se apoyan completamente en la
placa lateral.
