5.3 CONNECTING THE DRI-
VE SHAFT
• Remove the power takeoff guard (A) of
the machine by loosening screws (B).
Connect the drive shaft on the gear side
/ slip clutch and lock the two bolts (C) in
their slots (Fig. 42).
• Reposition the power takeoff guard (A)
and fix it with screws (B).
The guard is an important safe-
ty device and the machine must
NEVER be used without it.
Make sure that the maximum and mini-
mum lengths of the joint are compatible
with the required working lengths. Connect
the opposite end of the drive shaft to the
tractor, and make sure that the pushbutton
is in its slot.
Read and follow the regula-
tions in the drive shaft instruc-
tion manual.
5.4 VERIFICATION OF
RAISING ABILITY AND
STABILITY OF THE
TRACTOR WITH ROTARY
HARROW
When a machine comes cou-
pled to the tractor, becoming to
the ends of the street circula-
tion integrating part of the same one,
can alter of the stability and cause
difficulty in the guide and the job.
The application of a machine to the trac-
tor, involves one various distribution of the
weights on the aces.

5.3 CONEXIÓN DEL ÁRBOL
CARDÁNICO
• Sacar la protección de la toma de fuerza
(A). de la máquina aflojando los tornillos
(B), enganchar el árbol cardanico del
lado fricción / limitador y bloquear los
dos pernos (C) en las adecuadas estrías
(Fig. 42).
• Reensamblar la protección (A). de la
toma de fuerza, y fijarla en ella con los
tornillos (B).
Las protecciones son un com-
ponente de seguridad. No usar
jamás la máquina sin este com-
ponente
Verificar que el largo máximo y mínimo
de la junta sean compatibles con el largo
de trabajo solicitado. Enganchar la ex-
tremidad opuesta de la junta cardánica
al tractor verificando que el pulsante sea
inserido en la adecuada estría.
Leer y atenerse a las normas
contenidas en el manual de
instrucciones relativo a la junta cardá-
nica.
5.4 VERIFICACIÓN DE LA
CAPACIDAD DE LEVANTA-
MIENTO Y ESTABILIDAD
DEL TRACTOR CON LA
GRADA ROTATIVA
Cuando un utensilio se une al
tractor, volviéndose a los obje-
tivos de la circulación parte
integrante del mismo, puede alterar la
estabilidad y causar dificultad en la
guía y en el trabajo.
La aplicación de una máquina al tractor,
comporta una diversa distribución de los
pesos sobre los ejes.
