ORDINARY MAINTENANCE

ALL MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
MUST BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE
IGNITION KEY REMOVED FROM THE
TRACTOR AND THE PARKING BRAKE
SET (if the machine is connected to
the tractor).
It is a good idea to keep in mind that
manual lifting and movement of loads
cannot exceed 30 kg per individual
operator.
Use only and exclusively ORIGINAL
SPARE PARTS.
7.2.2 AVOID FLUIDS AT HIGH
PRESSURE
(IF ANY)
• The pressurized fluid sprays penetrate
under the skin causing serious injuries
(Fig. 57).
• Discharge the pressure before discon-
necting the hydraulic pipes. Tighten all
the joints before pressurizing the pipes
again.
• Use a piece of cardboard to check for
leaks.
• Hands and the body must be protected
from high pressure fluids by using ap-
propriate personal protection devices
(PPD).

Conviene recordar que el levanta-
miento y el desplazamiento manual
de cargas no puede superar por cada
operador los 30 Kg.
Utilice sólo y exclusivamente PIEZAS
DE RECAMBIO ORIGINALES.
7.2.2 EVITE LOS FLUIDOS A
ALTA PRESIÓN
(SI EXISTE)
• Las salpicaduras de fluido en presión
pueden penetrar bajo la piel causando
graves lesiones (Fig. 57).
• Antes de desconectar los tubos hidráu-
licos quite la presión. Apriete todas
las juntas antes de volver a meter la
presión.
• Use un pedazo de cartón para identificar
las pérdidas.
• Proteja las manos y el cuerpo de los
fluidos a alta presión usando dispo-
sitivos de protección individual (DPI)
apropiados.
