Der C-MAC GUIDE 8401 DS dient als Einführhilfe bei

Verwendung eines Endotrachealtubus in Verbindung
mit dem C-MAC Videolaryngoskop 8401 HX zur
®
endotrachealen Intubation des Mund-Rachenraumes.
Kontraindikationen
Der C-MAC GUIDE darf nicht angewendet werden,
®
wenn nach Meinung eines verantwortlichen Arztes
eine solche Anwendung eine Gefährdung des
Patienten hervorrufen würde, z. B. aufgrund des
Allgemeinzustandes des Patienten.
Eigenmächtige Umbauten, Reparaturen oder
Veränderungen sind aus Sicherheitsgründen untersagt.
Es wird empfohlen, vor der Verwendung die Eignung
der Produkte für den geplanten Eingriff zu überprüfen.

1 Intended use
The C-MAC GUIDE 8401 DS serves as an insertion
®
aid when using an endotracheal tube in conjunction
with the C-MAC video laryngoscope 8401 HX for
®
endotracheal intubation of the oropharynx.
Contraindications
The C-MAC GUIDE must not be used if, in the opinion
®
of a responsible physician, the health of the patient is
endangered through such use, e.g., due to the general
condition of the patient.
Unauthorized conversions, repairs or modifications are
not permitted for safety reasons.
It is recommended to check the suitability of the
products for the intended procedure prior to use.

La C-MAC GUIDE 8401 DS sirve como ayuda de

inserción al utilizar un tubo endotraqueal en combina-
ción con el videolaringoscopio C-MAC 8401 HX para

entubación endotraqueal del tracto orofaríngeo.
Contraindicaciones
La C-MAC GUIDE no ha de aplicarse cuando, según la
®
opinión del médico responsable, una utilización de este
tipo pudiese representar un peligro para el paciente,
p. ej., debido al estado general del paciente.
Por razones de seguridad, está prohibido efectuar
modificaciones, reparaciones o cambios arbitrarios en
el producto.
Antes de su utilización, se recomienda comprobar
la idoneidad de los productos en cuanto a la
intervención planeada.
