Secure the charge. Close the kettle (1) with the lid (10) which has the cooling
tower (9) installed and secure with the safety latch (3).
Place the appliance on a heating unit (a gas burner, an electric cooker, an
induction cooker, or another source of heat capable of maintaining proper
operation of this appliance) and start heating the charge.
The processed material charge can be monitored with the dedicated alcohol
meter (14) included with the appliance.

Release the safety latches and compression couplings of the kettle (3, 24) to install
the charge storage process components.
Install the gasket (22) with the inlet guard plate (23) on the ring of the kettle
lit receptacle. Secure the entire assembly with the compression coupling (24).
APPLIANE OPERATION
Place the material charge in the kettle. Secure the material charge by installing the
kettle lid (10) with the inlet guard place assembled on the kettle (1). Secure with
the safety latch (3).
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Let the appliance cool down completely before cleaning.
b)
Only mild cleaning agents intended for surfaces in contact with food shall be
used to clean the appliance.
