- Possible obstruction of the combustion air inlet
pipe at the rear of the stove. Clean the fresh air
inlet pipe.
- Combustion chamber grate slots blocked and/or
too much ash or dirt in combustion chamber and
requires cleaning. Only to be done by a Qlima-ap-
proved technician.
- Heat exchanger in the stove is dirty. Clean the
heat exchanger.
Try better quality pellets
Unplug the stove at the mains socket. Remove
the protective grill from the hopper and clean
the hopper. Carefully clean the visible parts of the
auger. Refit the protective grille and start again.
Contact a Qlima-approved technician if the prob-
lem persists.
Replace the ignition mechanism. Only to be done
by a Qlima-approved technician
