HOT COUNTER

Counter which keeps precooked food hot for a short amount of time and only during distribution.
The counter is intended to keep food at a constant temperature and not to preserve products for long
periods or for cooking.
Any other use (cooking or long-term preservation) must be considered improper.
Loading product

Before starting any operation, make sure power is disconnected and/or open the power isolator.
Also remember that any technical assistance and extraordinary maintenance must only be carried out
by qualified technical personnel.
To load the product:
1. Fill with preferably warm drinking water until it reaches the overflow level.
2. Switch the tank resistances on 2 hours before loading the product.
3. After having loaded the product in the steel trays, switch the infrared lamps on with the specific
switch and adjust power appropriately, setting it at position I or II (50% or 100% power respec-
tively).

To load the product:
1. Switch the hot plate on using the specific switch and place the food on the glass plate after a few
minutes,
2. Switch the infrared lamps on with the specific switch and adjust power appropriately, setting it at
position I or II (50% or 100% power respectively).

Unplug the appliance if it remains idle for a long period.
1. Remove all the food products from the counter and clean it thoroughly.
2. If possible, allow air to circulate inside the counter.
