Moving glass

Open the front display case for routine cleaning and loading operations on the counters.
Like all the glass surfaces of the counter, the display case is hardened and has bevelled corners.
The piston system keeps the display case in place when it is open to make routine cleaning and load-
ing of the counter easier.
Attention: Do not force the glass beyond the maximum opening angle
(see Fig. 1) to avoid forming cracks or breaking the glass.
If necessary, the glass shelf and/or the anti-condensation glass can be removed for routine cleaning
operations paying attention not to damage them.
This glass is not fastened and can be removed by simply lifting it from its housing.
