- In order to turn off the oven, turn one of the two knobs back into position 0.
K4ASC (05-10-15) MODELS K4 PERFORMANCE
The option K4ASC is used to create a small water surface where are
housed the burners to obtain a greater comfort during the cooking
operations and to facilitate the cleaning operations.
It has overflow with stainless O.R. sealing.
We recommend cleaning the overflow filter (2) after each operation of
emptying dirty water.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE
Cleaning
ATTENTION! Before doing any cleaning, make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the electric
mains and that the gas cut-off valve is closed. During cleaning operations, avoid using direct or high
pressure sprays of water on the appliance. Cleaning has to be done when the appliance is cold.
Steel parts can be cleaned with warm water and neutral detergent, using a cloth. The detergent should be
suitable for cleaning stainless steel and should not contain abrasive or corrosive substances. Do not use
ordinary steel wool or anything similar, as this can deposit rust-forming iron particles, and avoid contact of
iron objects with the stainless steel. It is also unadvisable to use sandpaper or emery paper. Pumice powder
should only be used for heavily encrusted dirt; however, a synthetic abrasive sponge or stainless steel wool
used in the direction of the glazed finish would be preferable. After washing, dry the appliance with a soft
cloth.
When cleaning, abrasive powders of any type, chlorine-based detergents and bleach should all be avoided.
Also avoid pouring cold liquids on appliances while they are hot, or cracks could form which could cause the
appliance to become deformed or broken.

Use: Do not forget to always apply the overflow before each filling.
It is recommended to fill with water using a jug without exceeding the
overflow level.
Warning! The water level must always remain below the level of the
burners (1).
