FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

1. Heartrate recovery
Press " " key to start the heartrate recovery function. The test time is counted down from 1 minute
to 0:00; the heartbeat symbol will continue to flash until 0 is reached. During the testing time, ensure
proper contanct with the pulse sensor so that the heartbeat symbol keeps flashing. After the test, the
display evaluates the user's heartrate recovery from F1 through F6.

2. Bluetooth heart rate function
Before exercising, the user turns on the Bluetooth heartrate sensor. When it is properly worn, the
measured data will be displayed;
